Wise Heart School of Herbalism

Welcome to the Wise Heart School of Herbalism

Here you’ll find offerings for every stage of your journey, from the curious beginner to the devoted apprentice. Each program is rooted in relationship with the plants, the turning of the seasons, and the cup-filling comfort of community.

Plant Walks

Seasonal explorations with the plants of our region, their gifts, and medicine

Join me for a 2–3 hour walking class where we will commune with our local plant community, exploring seasonal herbs and wild plants. Together, we’ll discuss identification, traditional uses, and medicine-making. These walks are part lecture, part community gathering—filled with laughter, storytelling, play, and maybe even a game or two. A perfect way to connect with nature, deepen your herbal knowledge, and grow our local herbal community.
